It sounds quite good. Not bad at all, it's clear, and the cross-rhthym is quite good as well.

What piano did you record this on?

A 95 from me. Very Happy

I gave you 84 before the forums switched servers and well, you remember my reasons I think. If not, I'm too lazy to re-type them. Razz

Nice! I wish I played FI as good as you. I have yet to play it. LOL

Anyways, it was clear and neat. No complaints from me.

95.

what was the reason?
it 's allegro part is really good. but the cantabile part is a bit of too fast, and the trills are not very clear.

Whatever he/she feels is correct then it is correct. It's all up to the interpreter!

88! Good work!

Da Zepp ought to critique tempo related matters wit divine authority.

So give RESPEC where it's due. Cool

I agree with citrine, the cantabile part is a little too fast, i would slow it down a bit. other than that , fantastic job... 90...keep up the good work Smile

I enjoyed that, it was quite different from the recordings you usually hear, very clear, and also I think the faster tempo for the middle section works very well, so don't change it!

Thanks Max, I still need to work on the beginning and end sections to make them flow more smoothly and as you can tell, to create a more varied range of dynamics, which is hard to do with my recording equipment. But anyway, I also feel the speed of the middle section is not too fast. I have heard several recordings of this piece, including Ashkenazy, and all of them play the Cantabile section at quite a quick pace. Otherwise it gets boring and kinda drags along.

Nice to hear different opinions though Smile
