It's not a fugue, at least not a very strict one, it just has some similarities, like
- it's all counterpoint(*) (5 voices, 6 in one passage)
- it has an exposition
- a fakey re-exposition (with theme diminished)
- and some development stuff
- and maybe other things; I haven't analyzed it
(*)The counterpoint is very free; there are parallel 5ths and 8ths and such things, but I don't care I still don't like some passages though... they sound wrong.
This piece was mostly inspired by the new full and rich organ soundfont I found. So, when you listen to it, make sure you pull the volume up

You're using lemme guess, JEUX 1.4 or even Jeux d'orgues I (or even II but I can't hear the mechanical noises of the organ).
Extremely good.
As you know, I am not an expert, but do you mind if I throw in a comment?
Some of the intervals are a bit strange to the ear. Just one or two. Fix those and you've got a good piece.

Yes, I don't remember the version right now though.

You mean the parallel perfect 5ths and 4ths in bars 22 and 23? I wanted a certain effect there and that was the closest I could get. To my ear the 4ths in bar 23 sound worse; somehow they sound wrong. The 5ths are okay though (to my ear).

I gave the "quasi fugue" a 90.
it was a great piece, but i just, at times, didn't go where i wanted it to go. and of course I know it's not my decision...

Sometimes (actually quite often) I like building the music so that it has a very clear direction (eg. in harmony) and then suddenly put in something that breaks it. But maybe you could give examples where it went the wrong way? I'd like to check whether they were done on purpose or not.

Well, I printed the Quasi Fugue out and brought to school today, but in the class that i'm in, i cannot hear it well enough to comment on it. I may be able to do so in a few hours however.

I'm in a different class now and i listened to it again and following along with the music, it sounded fine...the place to which i refered above seemed to melt into the phrase if you will...
but good job

Well.. my knowledge of theory is very minimal. I'm sure they'd just take the sheets away from you and.. eh, fragmentize them
Also, don't show it to anyone who's played the organ. It's impossible to play, I believe. If nothing else there's the high D which I haven't seen on any of the about 4 organs I've played.
BTW, is there any chance of you putting your own compositions here?

okay, i won't show it to any organ players i know (1: my aunt)
but there is a very good change of seeing my work with in the next week, but i do not know about hearing it as the program I use to compose music, is well limited and only allows saving for the program I use. I do hope to upgrade to the premiere version of that program however (its 200 USD for the student ed., if you wanna help me out, lemme know lol)
I still have not quite decided what to post however. I'm going to post for sure "The Little Piano Sonata in B Minor" (Op. 1, No. 1) and "The Little Piano Sonata in B Minor with Strings" (Op. 1, No. 1). Also, I will probably post my Waltz in E and perhaps my first Trio and I suppose any of the Canzonettas I can find...

Upon listening to it with the volume up i found three trouble spots:
1. In measure 17 on the second stave on beat 2 the C-Sharp quater not and the G half note do not seem to fit although the E quater note on the "and" of 2 fits with the G Half Note.
2. In measure 40 on the first stave on beat 1, B-Natural/G-Sharp just doesn't fit, if you could put an E there to complete the E-Major Cord, it might sound better.
3. In Measures 54-58, it just seems out of tune.
