Well, I posted this on ChopinFiles quite a while ago, and from what I remember, the topic had become spammed. But anyways, I'll post it here for you guys.

This was at a festival class in April, I received Second place with an 89.

Let me know what you really think. Wink

BTW, Scott, this was recorded at Memorial Hall on that Yamaha CFIII we played on all last week. Recognize the sound at all? Wink

Well done, Nico. Smile

Some of the crescendos and diminuendos could have been better and there were some accents I felt you didn't accent. At the end, start to slow down more before the end to give the listener a chance to prepare for the ending.

Ninety-two.

I really liked it! i saw someone play it at my boston recital and the piano's eb wasn't working, so whenever she played a d-e-flat trill, it woul only sound like a lot of d's in a row.

it's a very beautiful recording Very Happy
when one plays Chopin like that, it's no wonder they love him so much.

one slight suggestion - a tad deeper g# in the "main" theme (right before it goes to the trills).

I like the way you portray the ending, and overall I rate a 95. Smile
very well done.

Chozart took the words right from my mouth; however, I'd rate your recording a 90, since I never rate anything too highly Wink.

It's not letting me view the file... It downloads, then Windows Media Player just goes like "Can't find file, man."
