Anyone else familiar with his works? He was a Spanish composer (1893-1987), heavily influenced by French impressionism. Wrote some absolute gems for solo piano (his work mainly consists of miniatures).

I'm planning on playing some of his Cançons i danses this semester/summer, just ordered the sheetmusic for no. 5-8 yesterday.

ive heard quite a bit of his works. i like most of what i heard. however, i seem to prefer the likes of albéniz and turina a bit more. and btw, its "canciones y danzas". those are wonderful works. one other piece i liked were his variations on that famous chopin prelude. pretty innovative stuff.
