I'm wondering if anyone can give their opinion on this:

Do you think all two-note slurs in the piece should have the strong-weak feel?
Or
Do you think it's ok to have the "marked" or "accented" notes stronger, even if they are at the end of a two-note slur?

Also, there are so many different tempos in recordings I have heard. It would be helpful if someone could tell me at what tempo they like to play this at best.

Thanks!
